Executive - Sales

Erode, India

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients.
  3. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  9. Continuously update ERP system with accurate and detailed information.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in [industry].
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  5. Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
